By using Nitchaya you agree to create accurate profiles, respect consent and candidate approval, and not attempt to bypass privacy protections, rate limits, or moderation decisions.

Using this service

You may create a profile, search other families, and give interest after you sign in. You must be 18 or older. Write a profile that is true to the person it describes.

Candidate approval

The person shown must approve the profile from their own phone before it goes live. They keep a private link to take it offline at any time. Do not create a profile for someone without their knowledge.

Private details

Phone, photo, email, exact address, income, and family details stay hidden until both families agree. Do not scrape, screenshot, or share another family's private details outside the app. Paying for a membership never reveals someone's phone.

Interests

An interest is a request for an introduction, not a chat. After both families agree, contact is shared with both sides at once. Either side can stop sharing. Do not contact a family after they decline or withdraw.

Associations

Tenant associations (sabhas) may set member pricing within a platform ceiling and operate under their own membership rules. Platform-fixed settings cannot be overridden by a tenant admin. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or harms another family.

Ending use

You can erase your account from Your rights. We may close an account that is idle, abusive, or in breach of these terms.
