How to write

Email from the phone or mailbox tied to your account when you can. Include what happened, when, and what you want us to do. Do not send another family's phone number or exact address if you can describe the issue without it.

What happens next

We acknowledge complaints and aim to reply with a decision within a month. If we need more time, we will say so. For erasure and correction of your own profile, sign in and use Erase my account or the profile editor first. Those paths are faster than email.
